Your Dispatch Partner
Terms of Use
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the public Your Dispatch Partner website. They do not replace any separate subscription, licence, service or customer agreement entered into for use of the Your Dispatch Partner platform.
Website purpose
This website provides general information about Your Dispatch Partner, its features, pricing approach, supported workflows and demonstration options. Website content may change as the product develops.
No guarantee of availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every page, feature description or website service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Product descriptions
Feature descriptions, screenshots and examples are provided to explain the platform. Some features may depend on configuration, integrations, third-party services or the customer's chosen setup.
Pricing
Published pricing is intended as current guidance and may be updated. Bespoke workflows, integrations and customisations may be quoted separately. Any final commercial terms will be confirmed before a paid subscription begins.
Intellectual property
The Your Dispatch Partner and YDP names, branding, logos, visual identity, website content, written materials, graphics, screenshots, interface designs, workflows, documentation, training material, database structures and underlying software are proprietary to their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, licence, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or otherwise use protected Your Dispatch Partner material for the purpose of developing, training, benchmarking, marketing or operating a competing product or service.
Trade marks and brand use
The Your Dispatch Partner name, YDP name, logo and associated brand elements may be protected as trade marks or other brand identifiers. No licence or permission to use those marks is granted simply because they are displayed on this website. You must not use confusingly similar branding, imply endorsement, or present Your Dispatch Partner materials as your own.
Software, interface and workflow protection
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, reconstruct, derive source code from, systematically reproduce, or use the platform's interface, workflows, logic, data structures or documentation to create or assist in creating a competing system, except to the extent that a restriction cannot lawfully be excluded.
Automated access, scraping and data extraction
Automated scraping, crawling, harvesting, extraction or bulk collection of protected website or platform content is prohibited unless we have given prior written permission. This includes the use of bots, scripts, browser automation, scraping services, artificial-intelligence agents or other automated tools to collect screenshots, text, interface structures, product data, documentation, customer data or other protected material.
You must not circumvent access controls, rate limits, authentication requirements, technical restrictions, robot-exclusion measures or other safeguards intended to protect the website, demonstration environments or platform.
Demonstration environments
Access to a Your Dispatch Partner demonstration environment is provided solely for evaluating the product. Demo access does not grant permission to copy the system, reproduce its workflows, extract data, share access credentials, perform automated testing or scraping, or use demo material to develop or support a competing product or service.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website or any demonstration environment, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, overload services, impersonate another user, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Monitoring and enforcement
Where appropriate and lawful, we may use access logs, security monitoring, rate limiting, authentication controls and other technical measures to identify misuse, protect the service and investigate suspected unauthorised access, scraping or extraction. Access may be restricted or withdrawn where misuse is suspected.
Third-party services and links
The website or product may refer to or integrate with third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms, privacy policies and availability commitments.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your Dispatch Partner is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on public website content. Any liability connected with a paid platform subscription will be governed by the relevant customer agreement.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use as the website and product evolve. The current version will be published on this page.
