Is there a setup fee?

Yes. YDP has a one-off setup and onboarding fee based on the complexity of the implementation: Essentials £295, Enhanced £595 or Advanced £895. We recommend the appropriate tier after reviewing your workflows, users, migration and rollout needs.

Is every feature included?

Yes. Every YDP customer gets the complete platform rather than a reduced feature tier. The standard £349 monthly subscription includes up to 5 operations/admin users and 10 field/mobile users, with additional users available as the team grows.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. The standard YDP subscription is monthly rolling. Customers can also choose annual payment, which currently provides a 10% saving compared with paying monthly.

How long does rollout take?

That depends on the size and complexity of the business, but the rollout is designed to be controlled rather than disruptive. We first confirm workflows and settings, configure the environment, test key processes and then agree the go-live plan with you.

Do you provide training?

Yes. Training is built into the rollout. We can train dispatchers, managers and administrators around the workflows they will actually use rather than giving everyone the same generic session.

Can you train our internal trainer?

Yes. A train-the-trainer approach is available for businesses that want an internal lead or super-user to support onboarding, refresher training and future starters.

How do you test the system before go-live?

We run through representative jobs and workflows before launch, including booking, assignment, technician access, closing jobs, payments, quotations, invoices and any agreed business-specific processes. The aim is to catch gaps before live work enters the system.

Can YDP be branded to our company?

Yes. Corporate colour branding is included, so the platform can feel like part of your own operation rather than a generic third-party system.

Can YDP integrate with our existing systems?

Where an integration is available and technically appropriate, we can scope it with you. Bespoke integrations and custom development are quoted separately at an agreed fixed price.

Can technicians use YDP on mobile?

Yes. Technician-facing workflows are designed for mobile use, including secure workspace access, job information and job completion actions.

Can we customise our workflows?

Yes. The standard platform is designed around emergency trades and fast-moving service operations, but bespoke workflows, fields, integrations and customisations can be scoped where your process needs something different.

What happens if we cancel?

There is no cancellation fee on the monthly rolling plan. Any notice period or data handover arrangements applicable to your subscription will be set out clearly in your customer agreement.

Can you migrate data from another system?

Potentially, yes. Data migration depends on the quality, format and volume of the existing data. We would review what you have first and agree what can reasonably be imported.

How is access controlled?

YDP is designed with different operational roles in mind, including dispatcher, senior dispatcher, business support and admin access. Technician access can also be separated from office access.

What support is included?

Support is available for platform questions, rollout guidance and day-to-day use. The exact support route and service details will be confirmed as part of your customer setup.

How does Your Dispatch Partner approach security?

Your Dispatch Partner is designed around controlled access to operational data. Office, management and technician-facing access can be separated so users only access the parts of the platform relevant to their role. Security controls and hosting arrangements are reviewed as the platform develops.

Is Your Dispatch Partner GDPR compliant?

YDP is designed to support GDPR-conscious working practices, including controlled access to personal data, clear operational records and appropriate handling of customer and technician information. GDPR responsibilities are shared between YDP and each customer depending on how the platform is used, and appropriate data-processing terms can be agreed as part of onboarding.

Do you provide a Data Processing Agreement?

Where required, data-processing responsibilities can be documented as part of customer onboarding. This can include the purpose of processing, the types of personal data involved, responsibilities of each party and relevant third-party service providers.

What happens if the platform or hosting service experiences an outage?

YDP is built with service recovery and operational continuity in mind. If a material outage occurs, the priority is to identify the cause, restore service as quickly as reasonably possible and keep affected customers informed through the agreed support route.

Do you have backup and Disaster Recovery arrangements?

Yes. YDP maintains a disaster-recovery approach covering backup, restoration, service recovery and incident handling. The exact backup frequency, retention and recovery arrangements depend on the live hosting and database configuration and are documented as the platform environment develops.

How do you protect against data loss?

YDP uses managed cloud infrastructure and is designed so customer, job, technician, payment and activity records remain connected in one operational system. Backup and restoration arrangements are intended to reduce the risk of data loss and support recovery following an infrastructure or service incident.

What is your Business Continuity approach?

Business continuity is considered across the application, hosting environment and support process. The goal is to minimise disruption, preserve a clear operational record and help customers resume normal dispatch activity as quickly as reasonably possible after an incident.

Are you ISO 27001 certified?

Not currently. We do not claim certifications or fixed security guarantees that have not been formally achieved and verified. As YDP grows, its security controls, policies and documentation will continue to mature alongside the needs of larger customers.
